Free Virtual Initial Consultation
Individuals 14+: £60 per 50 minute session
Tailored one-on-one virtual talk therapy sessions designed to help you navigate personal challenges, emotional difficulties, and life transitions in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. We'll work collaboratively to develop practical coping strategies and evidence-based therapeutic techniques, helping you apply them in daily life to regulate your emotions more effectively.
Individuals 14+: Free 20 minute introductory session
An optional 20-minute, no-obligation virtual consultation to explore your needs and see if we're the right fit. This session offers a safe, confidential space to discuss your concerns, ask questions about therapy, and understand how we might work together--so you can feel confident my approach aligns with your goals before committing to regular sessions.
Currently, I offer online counselling and psychotherapy sessions for individuals aged 18+ across the UK. I support individuals as they work towards growth, healing, and emotional wellbeing.
I work with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety (including social and health anxiety), depression, trauma, grief, and stress. I also support challenges such as perfectionism, self-criticism, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and difficulties with confidence.
Alongside this, I support individuals experiencing intrusive thoughts, compulsive patterns, attention or focus difficulties, and challenges with emotional regulation, as well as relationship and communication difficulties, including boundary-setting, dependency patterns, and interpersonal stress.
I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals experiencing identity-related stress, minority stress, and the impact of invalidating or unsupportive environments.

Therapy Approach
Free Initial Consultation

Assessment & Goal Setting
Early sessions focus on understanding your challenges, exploring patterns, and collaboratively identifying therapy goals. This may include administering assessments to gain a clearer understanding of your needs and guide the treatment planning process.
Treatment Planning
Together, we develop a tailored plan using evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI)--selecting techniques that best support your goals.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions
Regular one-on-one sessions providing a confidential space to explore challenges, practise coping strategies, process emotions, and apply techniques from your treatment plan.
Review & Adaptation
Every few months, we'll review progress, reflect on what is working, and adjust the treatment plan to ensure continued support towards your goals and emotional wellbeing.
